The Rotonda Condominiums is a gated community in the heart of Tysons Corner. The Rotonda is comprised of 34 tree-lined acres with 5 high-rise buildings that are 10 floors up. By the way, the view is fantastic from the 10th floor! The community has undergone extensive renovations, and has restored the beauty to the complex. Each building lobby has been updated and has vibrant colors and beautiful lighting.
A multi-million dollar renovation was completed in 2016 to the community center, with state of the art fitness center, yoga center, spa, indoor swimming pool, luxury men/women bathroom facility with sauna and spa, indoor gaming room, business center, general store, dry cleaners, and the list goes on... The amenities outside include a huge pool open in the summer, dog park area, tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball, etc. Really, you never need to leave the community!!
But if you did, you would find the Greensboro and Tysons Silver Line Metro are within walking distance from your front door, a shuttle bus is offered too if you don’t want to walk. The Tysons Galleria Mall is just down the street, as well as numerous restaurants. And Coming Soon…The Boro of Tysons will be arriving very shortly. The largest Whole Foods in the DC area will be across the street from your home at the Rotonda, as well as ICON Movie Theatre and a meca of dining and shopping…all slated to open over the next 2+ years.
The Rotonda offers 11 floor plans, a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom up to a 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms. A few owners have purchased 2 units and combined them, giving you up to 4000 + square feet. A few homes have garage parking available, however there is ample outside parking around the complex.
